The ramps of the parking garage of the St. Antonius Hospital in Nieuwegein collapsed last year due to a design error and defects in the execution. This is the conclusion of the Dutch Safety Board (OVV). The parking garage partially collapsed in May last year. No one was injured, but there was a lot of damage.
