Niederkassel: Loot found - but who are the thieves?

At the end of March, two e-bikes were stolen from an underground car park in Niederkassel, among other things - they are now back. One of the wheels was able to track the police with a tracking system to Cologne-Porz-Eil. The officers discovered a van with foreign registration plates.
