At the end of November, the former Head of State asked for the confusion of his sentences in both cases, in which he was finally sentenced, revealed on Monday 26 January France Info, which would allow him to avoid wearing a bracelet again.
The former president asks for the confusion of his sentences in the Bygmalion and Bismuth files. His application will be considered by the court on 23 February.
The former head of state has already worn a bracelet from February to May 2025, after his final conviction to one year's imprisonment in the Bismuth case.
