NH officer already facing child porn charges arrested again

- Tips from the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children led to linking his IP to illicit messages, and he engaged in graphic Kik conversations about sex with minors, including children as young as 6.
- Giarrusso posted $100,000 bail and remains free pending his federal court appearance Thursday afternoon, facing five to 20 years in prison and a $250,000 fine if convicted.
- The Seabrook Police Department placed Ofc. Giarrusso on administrative leave and will continue cooperating with Haverhill Police investigators, according to the department.
