NGOs Call for Speeding up Procedures for Dual Citizenship

One year after the reform that eliminated the requirement of apostille in the birth certificate to access the dual nationality of children and adolescents born abroad to Mexican parents, the guidelines for its implementation have not yet been drawn up, denounced the Identity and Education Group (GIE), formed by civil organizations such as the Institute for Women in Migration.
