Looks like the De-Annexation is being challenged in Crooks. Basically the council and mayor wanted to give that property to Sioux Falls so it is included in on Foundation Park. Crooks residents do NOT want to give up that tax revenue or representation. If you would have just surveyed the community and the ones around us a year ago, this would have went a lot smoother. Nothing good happens in the dark, well maybe a few things
