Some of the vulnerable people evacuated from Viorel Pasca's homes could return to Dumbrava by the end of the year. Pasca says he spoke with Chief ANPDPD, who would have been mandated to find a solution for the accreditation and licensing of the services offered.
Viorel Pașca has been promised government support to get his services in his homes in Bihar County licensed and patients allowed to return. His lawyer is currently trying to have his name removed from the criminal record.
Some of the 409 vulnerable people evacuated this summer from the homes of Viorel Pasca in Dumbrava, Incesti and Tinca could return to Bihor at the end of this year. The Peace states that it has discussed with the new head of the National Authority for the Protection of the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, and the institution would send specialists to identify a legal form in which the activity can be resumed.
