In Cameroon, at least four bodies were discovered on February 18, 2025, in a plantation a few kilometres from the city of Edéa, on the road linking the port city of Douala to the capital, Yaoundé. Bodies without life, but also many human skeletons, according to several sources on the same site, and which suggest a mass grave, denounce the opposition and civil society, which demand explanations from the authorities.
