The memory of three-month-old Charlie “Bubba” Lonning Weber will live on at a place dedicated to helping kids. Bubba’s Fund is kicking off a four-year pledge to the Boys & Girls Clubs of Greater La Crosse, starting with $2,500 for summer program essentials.
