- Approximately $272 million of the contract value will be added to Southland Holdings' Civil segment backlog during the third quarter of 2026.
- Construction on the new biosolids facilities will now proceed, with operations at the upgraded NEWPCC expected to commence in the fourth quarter of 2030 and final completion in the second quarter of 2031.
