LEONARDTOWN — St. Mary’s County Public Schools Superintendent Dr. J. Scott Smith announced new administrative appointments and a transfer approved by the Board of Education at its meeting on April 8, 2026. The Board appointed Ms. Subha Manivannan as Supervisor of Accounting and Auditing, a 12-month position in the Department of Fiscal Services.
