SKIPPACK — A newly elected Democratic township supervisor was asked to resign on the same night he was sworn in. Justin Glennon, who took the oath with a bandage over his nose on Monday, Jan. 5, was arrested by Upper Merion Township Police and charged with “public drunkenness and similar misconduct” at 7:30 a.m. on Halloween, Oct. 31, according to court records.
