Brussels Airport to Allow Larger Liquids in Hand Luggage

Brussels Airport will introduce new security scanners from 2028, allowing passengers to carry larger liquid containers in hand luggage.

From 2028, new scanners will be installed at security checkpoints at Brussels Airport. As a result, departing passengers will no longer have to remove liquids and electronics from their hand luggage in the future. Furthermore, thanks to the new scanners, liquids will be permitted without limit in containers of up to 2 liters. This was reported by Brussels Airport.
