Şimşek stated that this method would allow contract transactions to be completed more quickly, easily, and reliably, regardless of location, and without time and document costs.
A new era is beginning for rental agreements thanks to a study conducted by the Ministry of Treasury and Finance. Once implemented, it will become mandatory to prepare rental agreements through the e-government system. The first phase of the e-government service for preparing rental agreements was launched in 2024.
