A multi-year effort to upgrade radio coverage for first responders in Minnehaha County has come to a conclusion, yielding excellent results, Minnehaha County Sheriff Capt. Joe Bosman reported Tuesday.Bosman told county commissioners that final work on the upgrades was completed this fall.
