New project to separate Holyoke sewage overflow into Connecticut River

HOLYOKE, Mass. (WWLP) - Wastewater overflowing into the Connecticut River has longtime been a problem for many cities and towns. Now, the City of Holyoke is taking the next steps in its resolution.
