NEW ORLEANS (WGNO) — The New Orleans Katrina Commemoration Inc. is hosting a Katrina Black Tie Fundraising Gala. The group, which works to preserve the memory of Hurricane Katrina and advocate for disaster justice, will hold the event at Empire, located at 2222 Poydras St., on Saturday, July 26.
