New operator named for revamped market hall - but extra cash needed for outdoor area

A private company has been earmarked as the new operator of the revamped Colne Market Hall in Pendle, but extra funding is needed for an outdoor area and service lift at the regenerated site.

The Market Quarter Group (MQG) has been selected to take over the running of the market hall, following the decision by councillors at Pendle Borough Council’s Executive Committee on Thursday, 19 June.
