LAS VEGAS (KLAS) -- Nevada lawmakers unanimously passed and Gov. Joe Lombardo signed a proposal to amend the state’s traffic-ticket system. Senate Bill 359, which will become law Oct. 1, gives courts flexibility to reduce the amount a driver needs to pay upfront.
