New Madera Bypass Project Aims to Ease Traffic on Highway 41

After nearly three decades of planning, Madera County officials officially broke ground Thursday on a major road project that promises to ease congestion along Highway 41, just outside the growing Tesoro Viejo community north of Fresno.
