Oceanside’s newest fire station opens in South Morro Hills

The Oceanside Fire Department opened its newest station Monday, Dec. 15, covering the city’s growing neighborhoods to the north. Fire Station 9, located at 5590 Giovanni Way in the new North River Farms neighborhood of South Morro Hills, was fully funded by North River Farms developer Lennar Homes, according to the city.
