New knowledge about foreign election influence

Influence operations are becoming increasingly sophisticated. Technological developments, together with more complex and strategic operations, may point to an increased threat of election influence, also in Norway. This is the conclusion of a new report on foreign election influence from the Norwegian Armed Forces Research Institute.
