The Zagreb State Prosecutor's Office has filed an amended second indictment in the Agrokor case with the Zagreb County Court. This is the third version of the indictment, and the prosecution also had to obtain a new expert opinion in the meantime. In addition to the former owner of Agrokor, Ivica Todorić, five other people are accused, allegedly causing the group 178 million euros in damage.
This is the most expensive expert report in the history of the Croatian judiciary, costing 1.3 million euros and taking more than a year to produce.
