Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic announced on Tuesday from Parliament an increase in the one-time support for a newborn child to 800 euros next year, and added, with the ambition of increasing it in the last year of the mandate, in 2028, to 1000 euros.
The parliamentarian emphasized that the announced 800 euros is not his party's ultimate goal.
