New Hartford boys hold off Utica Proctor in 'old-school basketball game'

New Hartford got an 8-0 run late in the fourth quarter Friday to earn a close win over host Utica Proctor in a Tri-Valley League meeting. New Hartford coach John Randall said the game, which got a little more physical as the game went on and included a boisterous crowd, contributed to an "old school" vibe for the game. It is the six consecutive win for the Spartans.
