New Glasgow Regional Police have laid charges in connection with a two-vehicle crash on Tuesday afternoon on East River Road. The New Glasgow Regional Police arrested a Halifax woman for impaired operation of a motor vehicle by drug at the scene of an accident on the afternoon of Sept. 2, according to a Sept. 3 news release.
