Dessau – According to the German Federal Environment Agency (UBA), residues of a harmful plasticizer have once again been found in the urine of children and adolescents. A breakdown product of a plasticizer, considered harmful to reproduction and present in the urine of children and adolescents, was detected in 92 percent of the samples collected between April and July of last year.
92 percent of the samples contain a breakdown product of a banned plasticizer, which can be traced back to sunscreens – just like two years ago.
