New experiential housing unit to be built in downtown Rochester to study 'tech-enabled age-in-place'

ROCHESTER — In late 2026, construction of an experimental house to test “tech-enabled age-in-place” living environments will start on open Rochester land leased from the University of Minnesota Rochester.
