New exhibit invites Johns Creek to think beyond borders

The Art Center at Johns Creek’s “Beyond Borders II” exhibit, running Sept. 11-Oct. 17, features dozens of works exploring cultural identity — from Dominican hair care traditions to Korean rural life to the human cost of global conflicts. The free exhibit pairs with a global art week, Sept. 22-25, offering classes in art traditions from around the world.
