Porsche and Hedley Studios Just Unveiled a Pint-Sized Version of the Legendary 550
The officially licensed replica is 80% the size of the original and uses an electric drivetrain with 11 hp, Porsche said.

- Introduced at the Paris Auto Show, the original Porsche Spyder became the Giant Killer after racing success in the Carrera Panamericana, with drivers Hans Herrmann and Jaroslav Juhan helping the name enter public consciousness.
- Unlike the original model, the Junior features a carbon fiber body and an electric powertrain delivering up to 11 hp, while the optional Package doubles this output to reach a top speed of 50 mph.
- Pricing for the Porsche Spyder starts at $93,500, though customization options drive costs higher; because the replica is illegal to drive on the road, owners are limited to private estates and racetracks.
