As part of the highly anticipated revival of La Vista Motel on East Colfax Avenue, a new coffee shop and cocktail bar, El Piñon, will open on site in the fall of 2025. Named after the Spanish word for “pine nut,” El Piñon will offer craft cocktails, espresso drinks, and a retro-inspired gathering space for both hotel guests and the surrounding neighborhoods of Park Hill, Hale, and Montclair.
