- The Guggenheim Museum and 56 other buildings have completed required cleanups, according to Health Commissioner Martin. Of 49 patients hospitalized, 34 have been discharged, and no deaths have occurred in the current outbreak.
- Comptroller Mark Levine released a list of 31 buildings with infected cooling towers to address transparency concerns. City Council Speaker Julie Menin had criticized the Health Department for insufficient public disclosure on Monday.
- The remaining 19 positive buildings must complete cleanups by Thursday, while officials warn incubation delays could bring more cases. Last year, an outbreak in Harlem sickened more than 100 people, underscoring the potential severity.
