NEW BABY, ABANDONED IN NUEVA VIZCAYA - RMN Networks

CAUAYAN CITY — A newborn baby was found by a grandmother in a grassy area along the side of the road in Sitio Genato, Barangay Villa Flores, Santa Fe, Nueva Vizcaya. According to Police Master Sergeant Diana Foronda, investigator of the case, the grandmother heard the baby’s cries and immediately found it wrapped in a white towel.
