"Avengers: Doomsday" Poster Teases Witches
The poster gives a new look at Doom’s army as the film centers on incursions and a three-universe collision that threatens the heroes.
- Marvel Studios released a new Avengers: Doomsday poster featuring Robert Downey as Doctor Doom flanked by three mysterious Latverian Witches, debuting at Comic-Con in Spain.
- These masked figures in purple, red, and green robes sparked intense fan debate after appearing at San Diego Comic-Con in California earlier this year.
- Online speculation identifies the witches as Elizabeth Olsen's Wanda Maximoff, Charlize Theron's Clea, and Sophia Di Martino's Sylvie, though the studio has not confirmed identities.
- Doomsday's plot centers on incursions and a massive conflict between three universes, with heroes facing an existential threat unlike anything they have encountered before.
- Insider MyTimeToShineHello claims Sue Storm suspects the witches, not Doom, are the true antagonists, alleging they "radicalized" him before the film arrives December 18.
