Luanda -- Angolan president João Lourenço received on Friday a message from his counterpart from the Democratic Republic of Congo (DRC), Felix Tshisekedi, regarding the security situation in the east of that African country.
While the operations against this movement, founded by former Hutu genocidaires, are patinating, the Congolese authorities are defending with their partners a memorandum of understanding on the demobilization of the group, which is considered an existential threat by Kigali.
