Neura Robotics, headquartered in Metzingen, takes over 100 percent of the shares in the Ulm-based manufacturer of autonomous cleaning robots, Adlatus GmbH. Since 2025, Adlatus and Neura have already been working together as part of a strategic partnership - since then the well-known neon green of Adlatus has deviated from the colour white of the Neura robots.
