- Directed by Sebastian Smith, the series follows journalists and survivors charting the rise and fall of former glam rock star Gary Glitter, whose real name is Paul Gadd.
- Gadd is currently serving a 16-year sentence for historical sexual abuse, with a 1999 conviction for possessing child sexual abuse material and earlier imprisonment in Vietnam.
- Netflix also removed the promotional trailer from its YouTube channel after Gadd faced four additional sexual offense charges over the summer dating back to 1978.
- No new release date has been set, with Netflix stating, "We're not able to share further detail at this time, but we'll provide an update as soon as we're in a position to do so.
