This week, LUFC-Que Choisir announced that it had filed a complaint against Nestlé Waters and political figures, following the revelations on the illegal microfiltration of certain Nestlé mineral waters in 2024. In mid-May, a report by a Senate commission of inquiry found that these treatments had been "hidden by the state." A judicial procedure is also already under way in Paris following complaints from consumer associations.
