Nestle forced to apologise as it discontinues 'very popular' cereal after 5 years
Nestle said the cereal, launched in 2021, has a 4.4-star rating and may still be on shelves while stores clear stock.
Nestle confirmed the discontinuation of its Curiously Cinnamon Churros Cereal after 5 years, apologizing to fans who questioned why the product described as "very popular" had vanished from shelves.
Originally released in May 2021, the product was part of the Curiously Cinnamon range, which also includes Curiously Cinnamon Original Cereal and Curiously Cinnamon Breakfast Cereal Bars, and maintained a 4.4-star rating.
Fans praised the cereal's texture and flavor, with One person commenting, "OMG...love these! I'm a fan of cinnamon in a big way and these hit the spot for sure."
A Nestle spokesperson replied, "Sorry to share the bad news—Curiously Cinnamon Churros has been discontinued," noting some stock might remain but the company cannot confirm which stores still carry it.
Nestle maintains a broader portfolio including Cheerios, Shreddies, and Nesquik, while Golden Grahams recently returned to the market after being discontinued twice in previous years.
