Neonics — toxic to butterflies and bees — in the crosshairs at state board hearing

The N.H. Pesticide Control Board will meet Monday to consider restricting use of neonicotinoids, a class of insecticides absorbed by plants and toxic to bees, butterflies and other pollinators.

Take part in the 2026 Great Southeast Pollinator Census at Andy's Garden Center

Visitors can spend 15 minutes observing bees, butterflies and other beneficial insects while contributing data to the Great Southeast Pollinator Census.
