A 25-year-old man was arrested on suspicion of murder Monday, three days after his 83-year-old neighbor was found dead, Oceanside police said. Police were called about 6:15 p.m. Friday after the woman was found unresponsive on Talon Ridge Way, in a neighborhood north of Bush Street in the northwest portion of the city, the department said in a news release Monday.
