- The National Testing Agency scheduled the June 21 re-test following the May 3 paper leak cancellation, while the teenager had scored 85% in Class 12 examinations and was preparing to improve his results.
- Sabarmati inspector YR Vaghela confirmed no suicide note was recovered, and officers seized the student's laptop for investigation. The deceased lived with his mother and 13-year-old brother in Ahmedabad while his father, an advocate, resided in Surat.
