Protesters stage 'red line' marches in Netherlands, Belgium
Demonstrators dressed in red represent the red line they say has not been set with Israel over its war in Gaza. The protest was organized by human rights groups and aid agencies including Amnesty International, Doctors Without Borders and Save the Children.
Oxfam Novib had this time thought carefully about how they would count the number of participants of the Red Line demonstration in The Hague. "They often try to make the turnout seem lower than it actually is."
According to the organizers, more than 100,000 people were on the streets in Brussels on Sunday against Israel's genocide. A "Jewish bloc" was also part of the march. Tens of thousands protested in The Hague as well.
The left-wing leader wants to take criticism of the Israeli government's war in Gaza to the streets with allies. Those who will be these partners for the demonstration leave the party still open.
