On Friday 17 April, around 9 a.m., the mayor of Saint-Quentin-Fallavier received an e-mail stating that the town hall was trapped. Very quickly, the town hall, the crèche and the nearby leisure centre were evacuated. At noon, all risks were ruled out by the security forces.
