NCL Cuts Ribbon on Biggest Private Island Upgrade Yet
The nearly 6-acre park adds 19 waterslides, an 800-foot river and cliff jumps as Norwegian Cruise Line expands its private-island offering.

- Norwegian Luna, the 3,565-passenger vessel that departed Miami on August 29, arrives tomorrow at Great Stirrup Cay to bring the first regular guests to the waterpark. Visitors must purchase a separately required day pass for entry.
- Beyond the waterpark, Norwegian Cruise Line has built a new dual-berth pier at Great Stirrup Cay, allowing two ships to dock simultaneously. Dining amenities include three food trucks and the Floataway swim-up bar, enhancing the 270-acre island's infrastructure.
