President Karol Nawrocki responded to Prime Minister Donald Tusk's allegations regarding a possible pardon in the Zondacrypto case. Earlier, the head of government, speaking from the podium...

If Mr. X or even Mr. Y – well-known figures – offer you or someone close to you a pardon, please don't believe it," wrote Karol Nawrocki, responding to excerpts of testimony in the Zondacrypto case presented in the Sejm by Donald Tusk. The president clearly referred to an interview the prime minister gave on Polsat News before the presidential election.

Przemysław Kral, head of the bankrupt Zondacrypto exchange, was reportedly promised a pardon by Karol Nawrocki. The president referred to the testimony cited by Donald Tusk.

During a speech in parliament, Prime Minister Donald Tusk read excerpts from the testimony from the investigation into the collapsed cryptocurrency exchange Zondacrypto. President Karol Nawrocki reacted sharply to his words on social media, rejecting suggestions of trading in acts of clemency. "Mr. Prime Minister, I thought we had already learned this lesson. But I will repeat: if Mr. X or even Mr. Y – well-known figures – offer you or someone close to you a pardon, please do not believe them and immediately report such fraudsters to the prosecutor's office. It doesn't work that way – at least not for me," wrote President Karol Nawrocki in response to Prime Minister Donald Tusk's remarks in the Sejm.

President Karol Nawrocki mocked Donald Tusk after the prime minister's remarks in the Sejm on Friday. "I thought we had already learned that lesson," he wrote.
