Marine Veteran Disarms Teen During Attempted Robbery
Borda says he and his brother pinned down four suspects after one pointed a handgun at his head and demanded his keys and phone.

- While working on his pickup truck, the suspects surrounded Borda and demanded his valuables; one teenager pulled a handgun and pointed it directly at his head.
- Borda fought back and disarmed the teen during the struggle; the gun discharged and struck his truck while his brother Peter rushed out to help restrain another suspect.
- Together, the brothers pinned the teenagers to the pavement until County Police arrived and took all four suspects into custody; they remain in jail.
- Fortunately, no one suffered injuries during the incident, and County Police are requesting anyone with additional information contact them immediately regarding the ongoing investigation.
