More and more infrastructures are beginning to prepare to face extreme heat, and in the case of education, the Government of Navarre has presented a plan to air-condition schools and complete a network of climate shelters. They have started with the infrastructures of Kindergartens and Special Education, as these students are "particularly vulnerable to extreme climatic phenomena".
