By Karla García Naucalpan, Edomex, April 30.- The Government of Naucalpan informs that the project to recover the public space in Rio Hondo, called Dream Factory, aims to improve the area by creating and rehabilitating spaces for community coexistence, sport, culture and leisure, for the benefit of children, young people and families.
