Brussels - We must ensure that Russian President Vladimir Putin never again attempts to occupy even a square kilometer of Ukrainian territory, NATO chief Mark Rutte said in a joint statement with Ukrainian Defense Minister Rustem Umerov. The Ukrainian minister thanked all NATO countries for their continued support for the war-torn country. It will soon be three years since the start of Russia's invasion of Ukraine.
